Here is our policy regarding returns and refunds for all items sold in the store, the online store, and items sold through the sales representatives.
We will no longer accept discontinued product or product in outdated packaging.
All returned products must be received in resalable condition. Resalable products must be free from price tags, stickers, glue, dents, scratches, or other marks.
Returns by Seattle Beauty Supplies within 60 days of the invoice date and accompanied by the invoice (or invoice number) will be assessed a 5% restocking fee. If the return is received within 60 days and is not accompanied by an invoice number a 15% restocking fee will be charged. All returns made after 60 days will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. Returns over 180 days from date of purchase will not be accepted (for electrical devices, please refer to the section below). Products returned that were purchased as part of a promotion will be credited to reflect the actual cost savings. Defective products will be accepted with no restocking fee.
